1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website ai.smart-hotline.com (the "Site") and the digital tools and downloadable products offered by Smart Hotline AI ("we", "us"), operated by Smart Hotline. By creating an account or using our services, you accept these Terms.

2. Our services

We provide self-service software tools (site/SEO audits, uptime monitoring) and downloadable digital products (templates, toolkits, guides). All services are provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. During the current test period, purchases are simulated and no payment is collected.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information at signup and be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the services for unlawful purposes; (b) probe or attack other websites through our audit and monitoring tools except ones you own or are authorized to test; (c) resell or redistribute downloaded products except as expressly licensed; (d) attempt to circumvent service limits, rate limits, or access controls.

5. License for digital products

Digital products are licensed, not sold. Unless stated otherwise in the product, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and use the product for personal and commercial purposes within your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product files themselves.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, tools, and product contents are owned by Smart Hotline or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
