ai.smart-hotline.com uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The only browser storage we set is strictly necessary to run the service:

• session cookie (sha_session): an authentication token that keeps you logged in. Deleted when you log out or after 7 days of inactivity.
• lang preference (sha_lang): remembers whether you chose French or English. Stored up to 1 year.

Because both are strictly necessary, no consent banner is required under ePrivacy rules; we still disclose them here in full.

If we ever add analytics, they will be privacy-preserving (no cross-site tracking) and this notice will be updated before activation.
